Home Delivery: The delivery rates offered are an estimate for major cities such as Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, Kelowna, Regina, Saskatoon, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Montreal (North Shore and South Shore), Laval, Quebec City. Outside of these cities, and depending of the product you purchase, a representative may contact you to adjust the delivery charge. Be assured that you can cancel the order anytime if you are not satisfied with the delivery prices.

Pick-up Location: If you choose to pick up your order by yourself, you must have adequate transportation. For example, a roll of synthetic grass can be 6 or 12 feet long, while a composite board pallet is 12 or 16 feet, depending what you ordered. Pick-up locations have the necessary equipment to load the order on a platform / trailer, but they cannot undo the pallets to manually load each item in a vehicle.

Composite Decking Order: Although we do our best to protect the pallets, damage may occur during transport. If it happens, it is impossible for us to re-ship full-length boards in small quantities. Any damaged boards will be promptly replaced as follows:
1 board of 12 feet is replaced by 2 pieces of 6 feet.
1 board of 16 feet is replaced by 2 pieces of 8 feet if the option is available your city, or otherwise in 3 pieces of 5 feet 4 inches.
In the vast majority of projects, there are cuts to be made for the finition, steps, etc. In case of damaged boards in transport, we recommend to still go ahead with your project and use the damaged boards at the very end when you have to do the finition and the steps, if necessary. If you are not satisfied with the option to receive smaller dimmension boards in the event of damaged boards in transport on the initial order, we suggest that you order a few more boards for your project.
