Concrete-Embedded Aluminium Pile Platform
This method uses an inverted aluminium post to create a stable and adjustable foundation for fence posts. This installation method ensures a strong connection between the post and the concrete base while allowing flexibility during installation. Here’s how it works:
- Digging the Hole: A hole is dug to the required depth and diameter, depending on the fence post size and soil conditions.
- Placing the Aluminium Pile: The aluminium pile is inserted into the hole, with the base plate facing upward (T-shape).
The vertical part of the pile is embedded into the ground, while the base plate remains above the concrete level with just 2.5 inches. - Pouring Concrete: Concrete is poured into the hole and solidifies, creating a strong, immovable foundation for the pile.
- Attaching the Main Fence Post: Once the concrete has cured, the main fence post is secured to the base plate of the aluminium pile.
The base plate provides a flat, stable surface for attaching the post, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
