Receiving samples from us is simple. If you’re in proximity to one of our showroom locations, we encourage you to visit. It’s important to note that we can exchange or refund items returned in their original condition within 30 days from the original purchase date. Custom cut products, however, are not eligible for refunds.<\/p>\n

Additionally, we cannot issue refunds for delays caused by the carrier. SGC reserves the right to approve or deny a refund, as well as the discretion to cancel an order.
